Michael’s Dairy at Mitchell College is actively seeking an experienced food service supervisor to work at the Ice Cream Shop and Mobile Ice Cream trailer of our 80 year old ice cream shop on the Mitchell College campus. This is a new role and wonderful opportunity for an individual to work closely with the Mitchell College management team and work towards the mission of the Dairy and Mitchell College to connect with the local community and college community. The ideal candidate has experience in food retail (seasonal/ice cream is a plus), food truck operations (trailer driving), basic repair skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment (and, oh yeah, loves ice cream too!). The ideal candidate will excel at: supervising people, mobile food service, and creating a unique guest experience.
